Spanish style Garlic Shrimp

1 lb large shrimp, raw, cleaned.
6 garlic cloves sliced thinly
1 med. poblano pepper, seeded, diced
2 tsp smoked spanish paprika
EVOO


Heat enough olive oil to coat bottom of pan.  Heat until hot, but not smoking.

add garlic and peppers, saute until fragrant.

add shrimp, saute until almost cooked through, add paprika.

cook another minute, serve over rice or angel hair
