Chocolate chip cookies
1 stick butter, softened
1 stick butter, browned and cooled.
1 1/4 C brown sugar
1/4 C white sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 1/8 C flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 12 oz bag of chocolate chips
Cream softened butter and sugars until smooth and fluffy.
Add eggs and vanilla, blend.
Slowly drizzle in browned butter including solids, mix until blended.
Mix dry ingredients with a whisk in separate bowl.
put mixer on low slowly add dry ingredients to wet ingredients until just blended.
Add chocolate chips, mix.
Bake at 375 degrees for 13 minutes.
