Tarter sauce
2 medium whole dill pickles
2 Tbls capers
1/4 c. Dill
Juice from half a lemon
Fresh ground pepper
1/2 c Hellmans mayonnaise
Put all ingredients but mayo in a food processor, pulse until finely chopped. Put in a storage container, add mayonnaise, stir until blended. Refrigerate at least an hour before serving.
