Meatballs

3 lbs. mixed ground beef, veal, pork
4 eggs lightly beaten
2 cups grated parmesan cheese
2 cups seasoned breadcrumbs
8 tsp. minced fresh garlic
1/2 cup of basil chopped finely
1/2 cup of parsley chopped finely
1 tsp. onion powder
1 Tbls Italian seasoning
generous amount of salt and pepper

mix all ingredients until blended, do not over mix

roll into balls and place into muffin tins, bake in a 425 degree oven for 20 minutes, turning over half way.
