Corn Souffle
1 can yellow whole kernel corn, undrained
1 can creamed corn
1 8oz container sour cream
2 eggs, beaten
1 stick butter, melted
1 box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
mix liquid ingredients together (butter, eggs, sour cream). Add both cans of corn and muffin mix.
pour into a casserole dish that has been lightly oiled. bake at 350 for 55-60 minutes.
