Chimichurri Sauce


1 c  flat leaf parsley
1 c  cilantro
2 tbls red wine vinegar
1 tbls fresh lime juice
6 garlic cloves
1/2 c olive oil
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes


Blend all ingredients in food processor.  Allow flavors to meld for 30 minutes.  Serve over grilled steak.
