Asian Chicken Marinade

I use boneless, skinless chicken thighs, then marinade overnight and serve with vegetable fried rice


1/3 cup honey
1/8 cup sriacha
1/2 cup low sodium soy
1/3 cup rice vinegar
1 Tbs minced ginger
2 Tbs minced garlic
1 Tbs sesame oil
2 Tbs canola oil

warm all ingredients until honey is melted and all is well blended

remove from heat and stir in

4 scallions, sliced thin.

cool marinade, pour over chicken, shrimp or pork, marinade 4 hours or overnight.
