Large bunch of arugula
2 Tbls each of chopped: mint, chives, and parsley
1 bag of thawed baby peas
Zest of one lemon
3 burrata balls, torn
Dressing
Juice of one lemon
1/2 shallot, quartered
Lg bunch of basil
EVOO equal to lemon juice
Salt and pepper
Process dressing in ninja bullet until smooth.
